Who is Nick Huber? Nick Huber is the founder of Sweaty Startup. He sold a service business in Jan 2021 for 7 figures and now owns and operates a self-storage portfolio with 42 facilities and over 1 million square feet.
What does Nick talk about? Nick gives his readers a lot of free advice on real estate, business, hiring, and running a storage investing company. Highly recommend following him and checking the resources for new investors on his website linked above.
