In the process of closing countless transactions, he cultivated a vast network of contacts in the financial services industry, including commercial real estate brokers, wealth advisors, CPA’s, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
When Paul was first introduced to the Deferred Sales Trust, it was a pivotal moment in his career. Paul’s altruistic nature came to life as he explored the opportunity to help others using the Deferred Sales Trust. Now, his sole focus is consulting with clients and centers of influence to help them implement the Deferred Sales Trust as a tax-deferral solution for their highly appreciated assets. Paul takes the time to educate his clients and their advisors on the benefits of the DST, and works closely with legal, tax, and financial professionals to ensure that the structure is properly implemented.
Paul is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers his Saturday mornings as a coach at Challenger Baseball League, a youth baseball league for children with disabilities. In his free time, he enjoys being around family and friends, golfing, and traveling with his lady.
