In today’s video, I break down the following strategies:
1. Wholesaling Land (great option for little money)
Wholesaling land involves finding undervalued parcels, securing them under contract, and then selling the contract to another buyer for a profit.
This strategy is ideal if you have limited capital.
By leveraging your negotiation skills and market knowledge, you can quickly flip land deals and generate returns without holding the property long-term.
2. Buy/Divide/Resell Method
The buy, divide, and resell method involves purchasing a large parcel of raw land, subdividing it into smaller, more marketable lots, and then selling those individual lots at a higher price per unit.
This approach can increase the overall value of the land and maximize your profit margins without major development costs.
It’s a great way to capitalize on growing demand for smaller plots in developing areas.
3. Develop and Unlock Value
Developing raw land means transforming it into something more valuable, such as residential, commercial, or recreational property.
This strategy involves a higher initial investment and more expertise but offers the potential for the highest returns.
By building houses, apartments, commercial spaces, or storage (like us) — you increase the land's value and attract higher-paying buyers or tenants.
