Yep, it was Grant Cardone.
I got sucked into his inspirational message about building wealth and 10Xing your life with real estate. So I made the investment and attended his 10X conference.

Connecting in person
This led to the annual tradition of flying to Las Vegas for real estate conferences with my team.
WealthCon, Ryan Pineda’s conference, is by far my favorite.
2. Real Estate Masterminds & Communities
How cool is it that real estate investors can connect from all over the world via social media and online communities?
As a new investor, I quickly saw the value in:
